About Us
STAVIO, from Trovex, is a new specialist division focused on taking our decades of door design and manufacturing expertise and applying it across the education, commercial and leisure sectors to the benefit of end-users, businesses and installers alike.
Widely adopted throughout healthcare as Hygidoor, Trovex is known for creating highly robust and well-designed doorsets that are fast to install accurately and are long-lasting.
We have a team approaching 100 across the Trovex group, a talent pool that STAVIO is able to draw from.
We have dedicated colleagues focused on the introduction and adoption of STAVIO doorsets and they can be reached 5 days a week between 7am and 530pm.

Innovation is at our core. We have a laser focused approached to innovation that looks to overcome challenges faced in the various sectors we serve. Our products have been developed to be long-lasting, easy to maintain and fast to install thanks to an innovative frame.
Sustainability
Across our business we are continually taking steps to reduce our impact on the environment and enhance our sustainability.
We recognise our responsibility as a manufacturer to design and produce products using materials and processes that minimise the impact of each product across its life cycle. We do this by designing products that are long-lasting and recyclable where possible.
As a manufacturer the production of waste product is unavoidable. We work with a leading waste management partner that ensure 0% of our waste goes to landfill, and is 100% recycled.
We use technology to reduce the carbon emissions of travel. Colleagues regularly meet online - reducing journeys between sites. Our gas-fired heating systems were replaced by bio-fuel systems which burn renewable fuel further reducing our carbon emissions.
Our promise is to never “greenwash” our manufacturing processes or products. All of our claims are evidence based and further information is available on request.
